At Community Memorial Hospital, we understand that our mission is to provide local access to quality healthcare services. We provide both inpatient and outpatient services, 24 hour emergency care, urgent care, obstetrics, and comprehensive rehabilitation and wellness programs; as well as many other healthcare services individuals may not expect to find in a rural healthcare facility.

The family physicians at Community Memorial Hospital offer a vast scope of services to meet the needs of individuals in our community and surrounding area. From the moment of conception through life's golden years, our physicians are there to diagnose and treat a vast array of illnesses and injuries with care, compassion, and personalized treatment.
The Family Health Centers are located in Hicksville, Antwerp, and Edgerton Ohio as well as Harlan, Indiana.

using the latest technology for both Pulmonary Function and Arterial Blood Gas testing.
Laboratory Services
- Receive accurate and complete laboratory test results in a
timely manner from our CLIA certified laboratory. Our staff of certified medical technologists and phlebotomy team is under the direction
of a certified pathologist.
Radiology /Imaging Services
- Provides a comprehensive range of high-tech services including general X-ray,
fluoroscopy, CT scanning, ultrasound, mammography, bone density for osteoporosis prevention, and MRI services.
Surgical Services
- Among those physicians
performing surgical services at CMH are general surgeons, urologists, ENTs (ear, nose & throat), obstetrics/gynecologists, and gastroenterologists.
Occupational Health
- Pre-employment physicals, functional capacity evaluations, drug screens, as well as return to work
programs for injured employees. Educational and injury prevention services are also offered, such as ergonomic programs, back safety
education, and annual health fairs.
Health Fit Rehabilitation & Wellness
- Complete individualized

Food and Nutrition Services
- Under the direction of a full-time clinical dietician, nutrition services are provided to all hosptial inpatients and outpatients.
